Metric Service
The Metric Service performs two basic tasks:
- Listens to the Metric Service queue for status updates from other services. When a message is received, the Metric Service is responsible for persisting the data to the ProcessMetrics table.
- Responds to job metric requests from both the Process Complete Notification Service and individual users. The metrics are retrieved from the ProcessMetrics table.
